Moth Night at Luginbuhl

In celebration of National Moth Week, July 18-26, Siskiyou Land Trust is hosting an evening of moth watching led by local lepidopterist, Glenn Fine. This evening out on the land will involve hands on learning and exploration of local species. All curious minds are welcome at this family friendly event out at SLT’s Luginbuhl Headwaters Preserve. Past attendees of this event will tell you that Glenn brings great passion to this night of learning. We’ll get up close and personal with these nighttime pollinators and learn about their importance in the ecosystem. You’ll leave with a new appreciation for these insects, and ideas to support their habitat in your own backyard.
