Native Gardening in McCloud
Please join us on Saturday afternoon, August 23 from 4-6 at Dan and Lindy Fay’s home in McCloud to learn about their plans for a public, native garden in downtown McCloud.
Wildlife biologist and native plant enthusiast, Laura Bradley, will be there to talk about the role of native plants and share some easily identifiable examples. Address will be emailed to you after you sign up.

Join Expert Guidebook Authors for Dragonfly Walk
Come explore the fascinating world of dragonflies with authors Kathy Briggs and Sandra von Arb as we learn how to identify different species here in Siskiyou County! While dragonflies will be our focus, we will also be looking at birds, butterflies, and wildflowers. We will be joined by birding experts, Bob and Patti Claypole, and botany expert, Bev Kenney.
There are a few spots left, so sign up below and maybe you’ll spot another friendly Flame Skimmer like last year, pictured above.
