Removing invasive species in the Meadow.
The stewards of Sisson Meadow in Mt. Shasta are calling for volunteers who’d like to work for a couple hours on Saturday, June 6 from 9am – 11am. Please meet at the Welcome kiosk by the Castle Street entrance to the meadow.
Our to-do list:
- New pathway gravel distribution
- Boardwalk repairs
- Weed trimming & Noxious plant pulling
Please bring:
Garden Gloves, Sun Hat, Smiles
Cordless Drill with flathead, phillips and star bits, or Cordless Screwdriver.
Gravel-worthy rakes and shovels
